From condiments to ingredients. A warm trio
This is a high-grade "Kyoto-style" condiment mix that includes the classic condiment trio of dried green onions, chili peppers, and ginger, but also includes flavorful Kyoto vegetables. In addition to white green onions , we have also selected Kujo green onions , and for the chili peppers, we have selected Fushimi chili peppers (or Manganji chili peppers ), which have almost no spiciness, and fresh ginger for a crisp aroma. The cuts are satisfying, so you can enjoy the condiments that you would want to add to your table on a cold day as ingredients.
■ Ginger and chili peppers give it a rich flavor.
■ It can also be used as a condiment, making it easy to stock up on.
■ Add it to soup to create a warming dish.
■ The satisfying cuts are also visually pleasing
Warm up with food
"My hands and feet are cold even in summer," "I have stiff shoulders and severe migraines," "I have trouble falling asleep and my sleep is shallow"... These ailments are said to be caused in part by cold internal organs due to an unbalanced diet. The dried vegetables in the Warm Mix include sohaku*1, the white part of green onions, and ginger (shokyo*2), both of which are known as herbal medicines that warm the body, as well as sweet chili peppers, which contain capsaicin (*3) just like the spicy ones.
