Large chunks, sticky texture
Fresh okra is cut into large pieces and is soft enough to be eaten raw after rubbing and washing. It retains its color and shape even when heated, and you can enjoy the unique sticky texture of okra.
For example, raw okra tends to become soggy when heated, whereas dried okra has a chewy texture. Furthermore, raw okra becomes watery when frozen, but dried okra can be stored crisply for a long time.

If you eat it as is, it has a slightly sticky, light taste. If you add it to soup or cooked rice and heat it, it becomes sticky and full of flavor. Since no preparation is required, it is easy to make pickles and microwave dishes. How to Rehydrate Dried Okra
■ Can be used for microwave cooking such as soup and oatmeal
■ We also recommend dishes that cannot be made raw, such as seasoned rice.
Okra oatmeal: This is a great breakfast recipe that is easy to make by just popping it in the microwave and has a delicious chunky texture from the okra.
Nut and Veggie Granola Bars: Crunch, crunch, crunch. The chewing sounds of hard foods are also fun. I made a snack that makes such a loud "chewing sound" that I thought I might record it. Get the recipe
