How to use Otsukare Mix
It goes well with any soup seasoning, whether miso, consommé, or Chinese. For a quick and easy soup, just put soup base, water, and Otsukare Mix in a mug and microwave it. You can also lightly boil it with pasta and add bacon to make Neapolitan, or use it as a topping for instant cup noodles. When you want another side dish, stir-fry it with seasonings as if rehydrating it to create a proper kinpira-style side dish.

Product Overview of Otsukare Mix
Dried spinach, mustard spinach, and mizuna have a much richer flavor than their fresh counterparts. Spinach is soft, mustard spinach is crisp, and mizuna is crunchy, each with a different texture, making them incredibly satisfying to eat. For the dried carrots, we chose Oranje, which has a refreshing, herb-like aroma. The refreshing scent and gentle sweetness of the carrots enhance the sweetness of the sun-dried tomatoes, which utilize the sugar content unique to ripe fruit.
