How to eat dried spinach
If you want to eat it as a salad, you can use it as a topping for tomatoes, sliced onions, potato salad, etc. You can also add a little salt and sprinkle it on rice, or boil it with pasta noodles.

This is a Phytorich variety developed by Takii Seed Co., Ltd. in Kyoto. We use a variety of spinach called Bentenmaru, which has little bitterness and a strong sweet flavor.
