Rich green color, rich flavor, soft texture
We use the "Bentenmaru" variety of spinach, which is low in harshness and has a strong, sweet umami flavor. To allow you to enjoy its flavor as is, we have gently dried it, so please use it by sprinkling.
Although it is a variety that is originally less harsh, if it is raw, it needs to be blanched to remove the harshness. Dried spinach can be enjoyed like salad spinach, with a soft texture in both the leaves and stems. It has a sweeter and richer taste than raw spinach.
