We held a cooking class using medicinal herbs and dried vegetables (event report)

Oyazen

The first Oyazen Workshop was held on Monday, April 8th.

"Oyazen" is a collaborative cooking class between OYAOYA and YAKUZEN TOKYO. This workshop is a cooking class themed on using "yakuzen", one of the most well-known traditional therapies, and "vegetables" to harness the natural power of vegetables and help improve the body.

Even if you have the impression that "medicinal cuisine seems difficult" or "it seems difficult to get into," the book covers basic information about medicinal cuisine, the benefits of common vegetables, and spring stress, so you can enjoy it and put it into practice right away.

About the event

  • I was glad to learn about medicinal foods in an easy way. The content was in line with the current season, and the recipes were simple, so it was easy to understand.

YAKUZEN TOKYO , who collaborated with us this time, offers a medicinal food kit service with the keyword "Zurabo". In addition, the fact that kiriboshi vegetables do not require any pre-processing has led to a cooking class where you can just put them in.
