📖 Course Content

This course starts with the basics of what vegetable yakuzen is and teaches you how to balance your body and mind through vegetables. Yakuzen knowledge is easy to incorporate into daily life and work, and can be widely applied from home cooking to recipe development.

In the basic section, we carefully explain the theories for thinking about health from the inside out, such as the balance of qi, blood, and water, the roles of the five zang and six fu organs, the history of yakuzen, and the theory of yin and yang and the five elements. You will also learn how to choose ingredients that suit your body type through constitution diagnosis.

Furthermore, you will learn tips for selecting ingredients and cooking methods for each season—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—and practical recipes will be introduced. Understanding the classifications and characteristics of yakuzen will make your dining table more enjoyable and abundant.

Even after completing the course, we will continuously update recipes and columns utilizing seasonal vegetables, providing an environment for deeper learning.
